What we collect
- Contact details you give us. When you email us or use the contact form, we process your name, email address and the content of your message.
- Planner selections. The choices you make in the Lounge Planner (pet size, home style, corner space, comfort goal) are processed in your browser to build your board. We do not require an account to use the planner.
- Technical data. Standard server logs and basic analytics such as page requests, approximate region and device type, used to keep the site secure and improve it.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiries and provide the styling tool.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Our lawful bases are your consent (where you contact us), our legitimate interests in running a secure and useful service, and compliance with legal obligations.
Payments
Our online payment provider is currently pending. We do not collect card or bank details on this website, and no payment card data is stored by us. If checkout is enabled in future, this policy will be updated to describe the payment processor and the data it handles.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website (such as hosting and email), under appropriate agreements, and where required by law.
Retention
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete or anonymise them. Server logs are kept for a short period for security.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction or objection to processing, and data portability. To exercise any right, email support@pretigepetuk.shop. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
