Shipping & Returns

How shipping and returns will work for ordinary accessories once accessory checkout is enabled on Prestige Pet.

Current status

Prestige Pet is a styling tool. We list ordinary accessory suggestions to help you plan a lounge corner. Accessory checkout is not enabled and our online payment provider is pending, so we do not currently take orders, payment, or ship goods from this website.

Shipping (once enabled)

  • UK mainland delivery on eligible accessory orders.
  • Estimated dispatch within 2–3 working days, with a tracked delivery estimate shown at checkout.
  • Delivery charges and timescales will be confirmed at checkout before you place an order.

Returns (once enabled)

  • A 14-day return window from delivery for unused accessories in their original condition and packaging, in line with UK consumer law.
  • To start a return, email us for a returns reference before sending items back.
  • Refunds for returned goods are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and checked.

Faulty items

If an accessory arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within a reasonable time and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
