Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds will work for Prestige Pet credit packs and the Studio subscription.

Current status

Our online payment provider is pending. No payment is collected on this website at present, so there are currently no charges to refund. This policy sets out how refunds will operate once checkout is enabled.

Credit packs

Credit packs are digital. Once checkout is live, you may request a full refund of an unused credit pack within 14 days of purchase. If some credits have been used, we will refund the value of the unused credits on a pro-rata basis.

Studio subscription

The Studio subscription can be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees. If you are charged in error, contact us for a full refund of that charge.

Accessories

Prestige Pet lists ordinary accessory suggestions for planning. Where accessory checkout is enabled in future, the relevant shipping and returns terms will apply and be shown at that time. See our Shipping & Returns page.

How to request a refund

Email support@pretigepetuk.shop with your order reference and the reason for the request. We aim to process eligible refunds within 14 days to your original payment method.
